Rebecca Daniel and Sarah Bramall are the co-founders of 'The Teacher Wellbeing Project'. They are both highly qualified and experienced ex-teachers, transformation coaches, neuro-linguistic programming and DISC personality profiling practitioners.
SARAH BRAMALL
Co-Founder
Sarah Bramall is a qualified Transformational Coach who works with female leaders on vision and purpose, confidence and mindset.
Sarah is a qualified teacher with eighteen years’ experience teaching English, Literacy and Media Studies and has held a number of middle leadership roles, including staff support and leading school in developing a coaching culture.

Sarah qualified as a coach in 2017 and has twice reached Finalist in the International Coaching Awards. Sarah is a qualified Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner and accredited DISC Personality Profiling practitioner and is CPD certified in Confidence Coaching, Resilience Coaching and Transactional Analysis.
Sarah is an associate coach and trainer for The Coaching Academy and coaches aspiring middle leaders in this role. She is also an associate for the Best Practice Network, coaching leaders in the NPQH programme and is an associate coach and trainer for Natural Flair coaching, offering parent coaching and well being training in schools.

Sarah is a member of The Professional Speakers’ Association and offers training in Confidence and Imposter Syndrome; Resilient Mindset; and Effective Communication.

Co-Founder
Rebecca Daniel is a qualified Transformational Coach, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and DISC Personality and Behaviour Profiling Practitioner.
She works with purpose driven and heart-centered professionals and helps them to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
Rebecca's core purpose is to empower her clients through powerful and transformational coaching, mentoring and training so they can live a truly fulfilled life doing what they love.

As a qualified teacher of English, Literacy and Media Studies, Rebecca has twelve years' experience in the education sector. As an experienced middle leader, Rebecca has supported teachers and schools to improve and institutionalise literacy within the curriculums, monitor and track progress to raise attainment through various coaching and mentoring approaches.
Rebecca is an award-winning social entrepreneur and is the founder and director of a not-for-profit helping disadvantaged young people in the community to excel via her various literacy workshops, programmes and events.
In addition, Rebecca is an associate coach for Genius Within CIC, an organisation who specialise in supporting professional neurodiverse adults helping them to flourish in the workplace and in society.
